Dektron Electronic Services is located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We have been providing appliance services for over 20 years and pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, honesty and professionalism to our customers. We repair, service, & install all major brands of dishwashers, dishdrawers, electric ovens, microwaves, rangehoods, washing machines, clothes dryers. We also do electronic pcb repairs of appliances, TV’s, amplifiers etc. We sell reconditioned washing machines & dishwashers with warranty.

 

Proprietor, Don opened his business in 1998 and has served many happy customers with all work guaranteed, and with discounts for pensioners. The satisfaction of our customers is important to us with many of our business coming through referrals from our happy customers.

  • Can we get our appliance repaired on the same day?
    Yes, we will try our best to fit your repair in within the same day; however, it depends on the parts availability and our work load. We serve first come first served basis.
  • Are Pensioners discounts available?
    Yes, we offer 10 % discount for eligible pensioners.
  • Do you charge a service call fee?
    Yes, we charge a call out fee of $95.00 from our local area residential customers. Don’t be misled by ‘free service call’ tactics.
  • Do you charge an hourly fee?
    No, we quote for the entire job including parts, labour and service call charge.
  • Do you repair any brand?
    Yes we repair all brands.
